banned species


This is a list of species, powers, and bonds that are not allowed in Time of Chaos. Do not submit characters using any of the things listed below, for they will automatically be rejected, and it will count as a strike against you, as per the three strikes rule. The Council, of course, still retains the right to reject species or bonds not listed on this page. On another note, since we have decided that diseases/abilities can’t overlap (i.e. witches-turned-vampires, lycans-turned-vamps..etc..) once a character has one disease/ability, they are immune to being infected with another disease/ability. Any questions regarding this, contact the Council for clarification.

Lycanthrope witches
Any avian species other than swans or hawks
Any aquatic shifter (seals, sharks, beavers, etc.)
Any character connected to St. Louis in any way (lived there, born there, visited there, etc. - we don't want any possibility of bringing book characters into this game)

Vampires that can walk outside in daylight

Triumverates
True/perfect mates (such as Anita and Micah; reference pg. 295 of Narcissus in Chains, if curious)
