Eyes: Dark Brown
Personality: Morrighan is a very proud, vain person, hyperaware of the fact that she is an attractive woman. Usually loud and a little on the obnoxious side, she does know when to tone it down, and has a professional attitude she reserves for clients. A bit of a perfectionist, it takes her hours just to figure out which outfit she wants to wear for the day- and usually she ends up changing her mind again. Her rituals are always performed with beauty and grace in mind, everything set up the way she wants. A friendly person by nature, and loyal to those she considers her friends. Not very trusting, though, she won't give away her secrets to just anyone. She's a bit of a hopeless romantic, just waiting for the right guy to come along and sweep her off her feet. History: Born in Long Island, New York to an Irish immigrant and a Japanese maid, Morrighan was an only child, simply because her parents couldn't afford any more children. However, she grew up never wanting for anything, and when they weren't working, her mother and father lavished affection on her; playing games together, seeing movies together, watching baseball games, anything and everything they did they did together. Both her parents being immigrants, they knew that education was important for her future to be successful, so they used what resources they had to send her to a private school. She became fluent in both Japanese and Irish there, and a promise at many forms of Martial Arts, but showed a very prominent skill in mathematics. She was a mathematical prodigy, studying and solving advanced Calculus problems by the time she turned seven years old. Her powers didn't start showing themselves until she was thirteen; a neighbor, one of her friends, had lost a beloved dog in an accident, but lo and behold, that dog showed up on the neighbor's doorstep the very next morning. Morrighan had no idea she'd done it, even though she'd been very upset and sympathetic to her friend's woes about her treasured pet. She didn't actually find out until she was fifteen, when accidents or occurences kept happening. Her grandmother, also an animator, saw the pattern and revealed the truth to her granddaughter. Morrighan was blown away by the fact that she had a power, and eager to learn everything her grandmother had to teach her about raising rituals, controlling her power, and the different kinds of dead. Being the bright child she was, her powers of control and the age of the corpses she raised surpassed that of even her grandmothers. The day she graduated from her private high school with honors, she knew exactly what she wanted to do; she wanted to start her own animating company. With her practical skills at math and her animating powers, it was perfect for her. She attended school at Long Island Business Institute, a private college. After two years, she graduated with her master's in business. Deciding she wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, she looked south for a place to start her business, finally setting her eyes on New Orleans. Her parents begged and pleaded that she stay close, but she insisted that it was time to be on her own now, and she was on the next plane down to New Orleans. Having just arrived in the city, she's looking for a place to stay for now. She is also looking for a place to run her business out of, but housing herself comes first. Strengths: Holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do; Able to raise corpses upwards of one hundred and fifty years old without human sacrifice; A ruthless businesswoman. Weaknesses: Her vanity is one of her biggest flaws, because it pushes a lot of people away. Her strong desire to find Prince Charming has often gotten her into trouble, and her loud personality has put her in a few sticky spots. Quirks: Her favorite fashion accessories are trucker caps and knee-high socks. She still tells her parents every night that she loves them, even over the phone. Other: Her first name means "great queen" in Irish, and her last name means "young warrior".
