This night club, run by The Master of the City and his associates, is a favorite
night stop for preternaturals and humans alike.
The first story is one large dance floor with a bar located on either side,
black lights and lasers being the predominant decorations. The front stage is
covered in two large TV screens and usually plays Top 40 dance tunes or techno.
The second story wraps around the first story's dance floor, giving people a
place to rest while still watching the action on the floor below.
Two other rooms located on the second floor are the manager's office and the lounge, a place to listen to mellow music and drink coffee.
Beneath the club lies the one-time resting place for the former Master of the
City and his Kiss. If you're lucky (or unlucky) enough to get past security,
you would be ushered down some cold, stone stairs and through yet another
security door before you'd enter the underground area itself.
The underground area consists of a man-made lagoon (where Damien's pet alligators
once spent their time; the lagoon now lies empty) and dozens of meandering
rooms. They are mostly well-furnished, lighted and equipped with the latest in
technology. It is a quite a comfortable place to spend time unless you're in
one of the few torture chambers or prisons.
Now that Saelan has taken control of Ebon Wings, the underground rooms are in
renovation.
