*Preternatural Registration Office (P.R.O.)*
Office
supported by the national and state governments to aid in the security of the
citizens, both preternatural and non-preternatural. The goal is to provide an
environment of safety for everyone and creating liaisons between the
preternatural world and non-preternatural world. Promoting friendly relations
between the two groups, while maintaining order within the country. The safety
of every individual that resides in the

on the Riverwalk, close to the Convention Center.

Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Laws
1. Abiding by the
‘body as a weapon’ ruling, which states ‘Once an individual acquires the
abilities to pose personal threat or death to another individual by the use of
their own body, without weapons, said persons must register their self with the
local law officials as a Lethal Weapon’. Under this ruling, any type of
preternatural being, i.e. Vampire, Lycanthrope, Witch, Psychic, Animator, etc.., will be viewed as a Lethal Weapon to those that are not
preternatural beings. In answer to this law, the government has set up certain
offices that will be utilized to register the
preternatural beings in cities.
2. Groups of
preternatural beings will be registered together.
Realization that some preternatural beings have more than one group has been recognized. As such, these double or triple groups will be merged together under one leader for accuracy and
safety. Each group will provide one or two liaison to the P.R.O. offices for
contact when questions or new preternatural beings have entered into the city
that would belong to that group. Each group will provide housing (if needed),
safety and local information in regards to the best places for their fellow
citizen to socialize in.
3. Information will be provided to P.R.O. in regards to organized groups.
Providing P.R.O. with leader and member information, including addresses and
phone numbers(contact numbers).
4. Cities that have unorganized preternatural
groups will be required to ban together and form organized groups. If there are
three or more preternatural beings of like kindness in the city, then a formal
organized group must be developed, providing P.R.O
with this information and a liaison. Unorganized preternatural groups with less
than three like beings will be adopted into a similar
group.
5. Upon entry or departure from the city,
notification of local P.R.O. within 24 hours of visit is required. Upon
notification and collection of personal information, which will
be forwarded to the local group liaison, the citizen is expected to
contact the group liaison for pertinent information related to the specific
group.
6. Ignoring or trying to avoid these rulings
will result in arrest; investigation and prosecution to the fullest extend of the
law, Maximum sentencing life imprisonment or death.
Basic Information
1. No one under the
age of 18 can consent to willingly contracting the disease of Lycanthropey or Vampirism. (Those presently under that age, will be registered, grandfathered in.)
2. No
witchery/potions/spells/hexes/curses maybe used upon an individual for personal
gain. (i.e. making a unwilling subject suddenly desire
the caster or using the subject to break laws that will provide the caster with
personal gain, stealing, robbing etc..)
3. Mass use of
witchery/spells/hexes/curses are permitted ONLY during
times of grave personal danger. (Mass use is defined as more than 10
individuals threatening 1 preternatural being, under
10 will fall into the individual category, with investigation and punishment as
deemed necessary.)
4. There are no laws
governing marriages or relationships between preternatural and non preternatural beings. Only if there is a resultant
pregnancy between the two groups is there a recognized need for reporting to
P.R.O. Reporting the condition to P.R.O. is needed to
help safeguard the individuals against racism and threats that might stem from
the coupling. P.R.O. will provide assistance and direction to these couples or
individuals and aid with the registration process along with other aid that may be needed.

2. Identification
Cards
a. Each person will be presented an identification card. If said person has
a Driver’s License, then it will be replaced with a
new license with proper
coding and information on the card in regards to the preternatural group.
b. Persons with no
Driver’s License will be issued a personal
identification card, with basic information, picture and proper coding of
group.

that are less likely to have harassment or threats to the preternatural being)
c. During full moon
visits, for Lycanthropes, safe houses will be provided that will prevent the
Lycanthrope from harming themselves or others during this time.
4. P.R.O. will notify
the group contact (liaison) of a new member. Providing them
with contact information on the individual. If the individual doesn’t contact
the liaison within 24 hours, the liaison will notify P.R.O. and an
investigation will begin.
