The Tiger estate is owned by Jack, per defacto
of Liam’s will and Katherine’s wishes upon leaving the house.
Located in the garden district, the house
exhibits the classic blend of Spanish and French architecture unique to
The driveway, paved with bricks, leads up the right side of the
house and around to a wide parking area and a two-story garage. There is an
empty, one-bedroom apartment above the three-stall garage. A brick path leads
past the pool to the French doors that is the back entrance to the house.
Behind the house is a pool
and hot tub that all the tigers are welcome to use.
The inside of the house is cozy, with a warm, welcoming kitchen and living room. Huge, the living room has ample seating for a
large gathering. Additional rooms on the first floor include Katherine’s
private office, the security room, and a formal dining room.
A wide staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. The master
bedroom is at the far end of the hall and has a full private bath. There are
four additional bedrooms, one of which has a private 3/4 bath (currently
unoccupied), and a full bath with a deep garden tub and separate shower for use
by the other occupants. Currently, Jack has taken over the position of Rama and
is the only other tiger living at the estate. Contact Jack for information regarding any

The tiger estate is open to all tigers that need it, and all Amuk meetings are held there.
