Vicious Longings caters to the most extreme side of the S&M culture. So extreme,
in fact, that lycanthropes and vampires are the only patrons allowed inside- a
human could never survive the damage that’s doled out daily. Lycanthropes and
vampires ages fifteen and up are allowed into the club. Operating hours are
from 7 PM to 5 AM daily. Closed on Wednesdays.
Exterior
VL is housed in an old, non-descript brick building in the French Quarter.
Vicious Longings is not flashy from the outside. The italicized letters
"VL" are on the outer doors. The front of the building has
"Vicious Longings" painted on it in the same elegant script.
Behind the building there is a large parking lot which is for customers. VL
offers valet service for all of its customers. At the mouth of the parking lot
is a guard shack. Guards watch the parking lot twenty-four hours a day.
The employee parking lot is behind VL, and before the customer lot. The
employee lot is separated from the customer lot by a low brick wall. The
employee parking lot is guarded religiously, and no customers are allowed in
this door, unless accompanied by an employee. The employee entrance is
accessable only through the employee parking lot. Located on the back wall of
the club, this entrance is guarded by the same people who are in charge of the
employee parking lot security. There are two guards in the guard house at all
times.
Interior
The interior of Vicious longing is like something out of a fantasy. The floor
is black marble, with drains sprinkled throughout. The walls are a swirl of
dark blue, the deepest of purples, and black, mimicking the night sky. The
ceiling is pitch black, with hundreds of tiny lights fixed in it, looking very
much like the starlit sky.
That’s where the fantasy ends and the nightmare begins.
There are ten cages lining the walls of Vicious Longing. Five
cages are empty, and the other five routinely hold women and men alike,
strapped onto various frames. Suspended from the ceiling are ten hanging cages.
Inside each hanging cages is a submissive, gagged and bound by chains. There is
a raised platform in the center of the main club area where shows are performed
nightly. The floor has tables with restraints scattered about. Torture can be
performed in the main room (and is in fact encouraged), or behind closed doors.
Doors are located along the walls of the club at evenly spaced
intervals. The doors lead to various torture rooms, each equipped with a
variety of devices, although there is a theme to most rooms. All rooms are
soundproofed, providing it’s inhabitants the ultimate in privacy.
Along the back wall is the bar. The bar serves blood, in
addition to all other types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Behind the
bar, hidden in the corner, is a set of steps. The steps lead up to a metal
catwalk. The catwalk is more a metal platform than a true catwalk. It hugs the
walls of the upper area of the club, with several doors leading off of it. One
of the doors leads to Saelan’s office area, another to a lounge, and yet
another to his daytime resting place. Unlike most vampires, Saelan’s resting
place is above ground rather than below, for now, soon it will be
elsewhere.
Upon entering VL, patrons are in a short hallway. Here, security
will confiscate any religious items, weapons, or cameras from customers. All
these items can be claimed upon leaving.
Below VL is a network of hallways with numerous bedrooms opening
off of them. It is here that Saelan’s kiss and various people make their home.
The door leading to the lower area of the club is hidden along one of the walls
of the club, and nearly blends into the wall itself. The door is guarded at all
times by two employees, and no patron is allowed below the club without Jaylyn
or Saelan’s express permission, unless accompanied by one of Saelan’s people.
Rules
Vicious Longings has very few rules, but those in place are followed strictly.
1. If a submissive comes in unattended, their word is law over
their body. when they say no, no one is allowed to force themselves upon the
submissive. If they say yes, anything can be done.
2. If a submissive comes in with a dominant, the dominant's word goes. If a
dominant says yes, even if the submissive says no, anything is allowed. If the
dominant says no, even if the submissive says yes, nothing can be done.
3. While severe torture is allowed on premises, killing and permanently maiming
are frowned upon. If a patron kills another patron without Saelan or Jaylyn’s
express permission, they too will be killed.
4. Harming or maiming any club employee without their consent is expressly
forbidden. Punishments are determined by Jaylyn (with Saelan’s permission), and
can be as severe as death, depending upon the infraction.
5. While sex in the club is allowed, albeit frowned upon, sex is not allowed in
the main area of the club, only in the anterooms. Any patron having sex or
engaging in sexual activity (i.e. playing with another's genitals, etc.) in the
main area of the club will be punished duly.
Notes
Remember- VL may be an S&M club, but they are still tasteful, if not a bit
terrifying. Any behavior seen as disruptive or insulting on the part of your
character will be dealt with by Saelan or Jaylyn, so remember to keep your
character respectful when in the club.
Vicious Longings is a popular club, and often has extremely long lines.
However, no one will be allowed into the club with a bribe, nor will the
bouncers let someone in because they are important, powerful, etc. All
characters have to go through the line before getting into the club; this
doesn't have to be actively posted about, simply remember that if you post that
your character got in with a bribe, your post will be deleted. If your
character has a meeting with Saelan on a night that the club is open, they are
to use the employee's entrance. If they go to the main entrance, they will
simply be told to go around. Any patron who attempts to skip the line will be
completely denied access. There are few people that would be allowed into the
club without having to use the line. Unless I [Kris} have contacted you to let you
know that your character is one of those allowed to skip the line, your
character doesn't qualify as one of the select few.
