pard rules

Rules of the Sang Noir pard:
1. Obey any direct oders given by a member higher up than you in pard structure. Heirarchy is as follows:
Nimir-Ra/Raj
Sesheme/Sheme
Petekhi
Nekhi
Sebati
Feni

2. In order to advance within pard structure, you must fight your way up.

If you wish to become one of the Nekhi, you must petition the Nimir-ra or Nimir-raj. The bodyguards of the leopard King and Queen are position of trust as you will be at their side much of the time and entrusted with their lives, so there has to be a base of trust and understanding.. After the ‘interview’, there will be other tests completed before the decision is made as to the fitting of the Nekhi with their king or queen. The person in this position can be removed if the Nimir-ra or Nimir-raj deem it needed.

For Sesheme/Sheme a challenge and fight must occur if someone is already in that position, in order to advance to that position, you need to fight your way there (unless the spot is empty, and then you may advance by non-violent means).

3. Never, ever tell pard secrets to an outsider without permission from the Nimir-Ra/Raj.

4. Do not do anything to deliberately hurt another pard member (such as: if they're not 'outed', don't out them on purpose).

5. If the Nimir-Ra/Raj is unavailable at a time that a decision must be made, the Sesheme will make stand in for them, and act as Nimir-Ra/Raj. Pard members must treat all decisions made by the Sesheme/Sheme during this time as they would any order from the Nimir-Ra/Raj.

Consequences of breaking the rules of the Sang Noir pard:
In most cases, punishments will be decided by the Nimir-Ra/Raj. But, in a few instances, there is an automatic punishment- death. If a pard member betrays the pard, and deliberately brings harm to the people in it (such as leading a bounty hunter to them), the guilty member will be killed.
